Responsible for creating outlines/steps for standard processes

Responsible for occasionally deliver presentations

Responsible for effectively leading meetings, capturing actions and next steps, and holding respective owners accountable for progress

Relationship Building

Collaborate with cross-functional teams at different levels including retail/home/home services field leadership and operational/enterprise leadership

Understand role in business decisions

Inform and/or involve cross functional partners as needed to navigate potential risks and roadblocks

Provide and receive feedback to continue to evolve and improve work

Basic Qualifications:

1 year Project Management or planning experience (1-2 years)

1 year Cross-functional project working experience

2 years Strong verbal and written communication skills

Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Virtual/Remote conferencing and Collaboration such as Microsoft Teams

Ability to build strong working relationships

Preferred Qualifications:

1 year Retail and/or Field experience (1-2 years)

1 year Leading projects and cross-functional teams
