International Planning ManagerPurpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a International Planning Manager/Production Planner to join our Pilgrim\u2019s team! This person will coordinate and revise our production plan, coordinate with international sales, operations and shipping teams and collaborate with other teams to ensure proper production Responsibilities: Coordinate and revise production plan, detailing amount and what products to be produced Coordinate between international sales, operations, and shipping to ensure sales orders are fulfilled Ensure product assigned to sales orders is in compliance with regulatory standards including but not limited to those outlined in the FSIS library and end country requirements Update production and sales availability report and distribute daily Utilize weekly cold storage appointments to arrange for frozen product to be scheduled for delivery Work closely with plant management to notify of changes to production schedule and/or product requirements Optimize inventory levels by collaborating with international sales and logistics to ship sales orders within confirmed shipment month Schedule and direct production planning and logistics meetings, track operational performance to schedules, and coordinate necessary adjustments. Utilize a collaborative approach with Inventory Control to manage product rotation Provide weekly plan to reduce age inventory and follow up with the appropriate personnel when needed. Plan and coordinate Halal schedule with production facilities weekly Assist with halal recertification and international audits when required Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. Two to three years of experience in the industry\u00A0preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of business affecting the production planning process. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel preferred Must have exceptional analytical and problem solving skills. Must have strong math skills. Must have strong organizational skills and acute attention to details. Must be self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and ask questions as needed. Knowledge of SAP or other software related to production planning is preferred As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. Unless otherwise specified in this posting, the amount of travel may vary and the most qualified candidate must be willing and able to travel as business needs dictate.The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;Base salary range of $60,000-$70,000; andIncentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company\u2019s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, JBS and Pilgrim\u2019s is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role.
