Cintas is currently seeking a Production Planning & Replenishment Director to oversee the business units of Rental, Facility Services, Promotional Products, First Aid & Safety, Catalog, and Raw Materials and to assist the Vice President of Distribution and Production Planning & Replenishment in the operation, development and execution of those business units.The Production Planning and Replenishment Director will work cross-functionally to ensure the best value for internal and external customers and work to position the Mason Production Planning & Replenishment team for future growth which includes but is not limited to: developing Production Planning leaders, executing projects, inquiring on the day-to-day KPIs of the teams, setting department goals and strategies for achievement and developing operational efficiencies. Skills/Qualifications

Required:

*Minimum of 5 years management experience with operational or revenue generating responsibilities; quality management experience and/or Green Belt certification. *Ability to travel a minimum of 25% of the time, including overnight stay.
