The Field Services Strategic Planning Team is searching for a skillful communicator and self-motivated Strategic Planner who enjoys a high-performing and challenging work environment. Reporting directly to the Strategic Planning Senior Manager, this role will support the planning, execution and delivery of the strategic planning process for Field Services.
The role requires on a daily basis working with Director and Executive level teams to communicate and distill their strategic roadmaps. The role also requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders including Business Intelligence, Workforce Management, Finance, Operational leaders and Project leaders. The individual will gather executive input to drive business decision alignment through the communication of facts and analysis.
The candidate will support the coordination and development of executive presentation materials using story-building techniques, for board presentations, monthly director meetings, deep dives, and ad hoc presentations. In this key role, the successful incumbent will analyze operational service results, and compile Field Services weekly and monthly scorecard reports for delivery to Bell Business Units and Corporate Executive teams.
The individual has proven experience in developing clear, concise executive level communication and reports. The individual has strong organizational skills with the ability to track and manage multiple deliverables and accustomed to working with timelines in a dynamic environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Understand core business processes and complex operational challenges quickly, with creative ability to present ideas to executive level audience *Distill complex information into compelling narratives in line with strategic imperatives *Lead and present weekly/monthly executive scorecard delivery and skilfully respond to further executive review *Analyze and track weekly/monthly operational service result trends, identifying gaps to target, and working with operational teams to report on action plans to resolve *Partnering with Business Intelligence to communicate requirements and changes to executive reporting needs *Perform in-depth analysis, interpreting data qualitatively and quantitatively, and developing associated presentation materials for semi-annual plans and ad hoc executive updates
CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES:
*Strong ability to communicate effectively at an executive level *Formal business writing and presentation skills *Able to deal with ambiguity *Advanced PowerPoint (storyboarding) and Excel required *Proven analytical/problem solving ability *University degree (Business or Communications preferred, open to all disciplines)

*Business Analyst experience is an asset
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
