Theu00a0Meeting Manager, Senioru00a0is responsible for the planning, organizing and execution of all aspects of assigned events, both in-person and virtual. Implement strategies to achieve objectives to align with event strategy and vision. Research and recommend event venues. Coordinate meeting logistics, including attendee registration, off-site venue selection, contract negotiation and oversight, and technology. Research and maintains relationships with vendors for event support services. Develop and manage budgets for all assigned meetings and ensures that events stay within cost projections. Responsible for planning larger or more complex events.u00a0Cover Letter Required.nnAs a result of COVID-19, ACOG employees are working in a temporary remote capacity. This is temporary, and normal business hours and in-office duties will return to normal once deemed it is safe to return into the office. Employees are expected to return to ACOG's National office located at 409 12th, Southwest Washington DC, 20024.nResponsibilitiesKey Duties and Responsibilities.nServe as the lead for event planning. Provide efficient communication among operational teams, manage the flow of the event, and serve as point person.nReview sites under consideration for assigned future meetings.
