What’s the role?
As Strategy and Planning Manager – Identity Access Management (IAM), you will develop and maintain strategies and plans to maximise the value of the IAM Function. In addition, you will act as the integration point for the IAM LT as ‘Chief Operating Officer’ to the IAM IT Manager. This includes leading organizational change, including the operating model, facilitating leadership team meetings and driving overall team effectiveness in a dynamic cross-organisational team. The IT Manager is accountable to develop specific plans for their portfolios – you will support them as well as to integrate the process, drive alignment to broader strategic themes, communication. Moreover, you will ensure clear line of sight to Financial and Workforce Operating Plan and Latest Estimates are available in source systems and the corresponding business narrative is developed and delivered in line with published timelines.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
General
As an integral member of the Strategy and Planning leadership team, you will be expected to contribute to the overall success of the team;
You will be accountable for the relationships with the IAM IT Manager and their team on behalf of the S&P organisation;
You will ensure all required S&P deliverables requiring input from the Business Interface are achieved on an accurate and timely basis when requested;
As ‘Chief Operating Officer’ to the IAM IT Manager, you are accountable to drive a balanced strategic & tactically relevant LT agenda with associated meeting facilitation and action capture/tracking;
You will support the IAM IT Manager with ensuring organisational effectiveness - including building annual GPA, employee engagement and dealing with day-to-day priorities.
Strategy
You will be accountable for all aspects of organizational strategy (e.g. organizational capabilities, processes, governance) related to IAM/IRM as part of the GF Strategy Natural Team, led by the GF Strategy and Integration Manager;
You will be responsible for the embedding and implementation of the Global Functions Information Technology (GFIT)/Information Risk Management (IRM) organizational strategy within specific portfolio’s and product lines;
You will act as a champion and focal point for the delivery of central activities and embedding of central messaging within a specific portfolio/product lines;
You are responsible for the ongoing organizational effectiveness within a portfolio/product lines;
You will be the champion the delivery of central projects and functional excellence initiatives;
You are accountable to ensure the successful delivery of IT Strategic Plans for multiple portfolios/product lines;
You will to pull together an annual refresh for the overall Portfolio level IT Strategic Plan and associated narrative;
You will manage the demand, acquisition and analysis of benchmarking and market intelligence.
Planning
You are accountable for all aspects of organizational and fiscal planning related to IAM, as part of the Planning Natural Team, led by the GF Planning and Appraisal Manager;
You will ensure clear line of sight to Operating Plan (OP) & Latest Estimate (LE) is available in source systems and the corresponding business narrative is developed and delivered in line with published timelines;
You will build an intimate understanding of all demand items for the portfolio and the corresponding link to strategic plans;
You will regularly review and close out of actions in support of monthly/quarterly financial process;
You will drive data quality in source systems for the portfolio (E.g. Service Now, WFP);
You will partner closely with the GFIT/IRM planning team to drive continuous improvement initiatives across both GFIT/IRM and enterprise IT as necessary;
You will support and deliver on ad-hoc planning queries as necessary;
You will be the advocate in ensuring data transparency is achieved by insisting recognized; source systems are utilized and providing necessary training to community as necessary.

What we need from you?
We’re keen to hear from IT professionals who have a bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably related to Information Technology. Beyond that, we'd hope to see as many of the following possible on your CV:
Substantial consultancy experience preferably in Identity Access Management (IAM) and Information Risk Management (IRM);
Strong business communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills;
Ability to respond to many short-term queries as well as working on longer term assignments. They must be capable to balance multiple priorities in order to meet deadlines;
Ability to analyze issues and propose resolutions is necessary;
A self-starter capable of working independently to agreed deadlines;
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships and partnerships;
Detailed understanding of demand management process and ‘super user’ in applicable tooling (e.g. ServiceNow);
Good understanding of both the Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies and business value framework;
Advanced excel and PowerPoint skills and a working knowledge of PowerBI;
Understanding of financial practices and concepts;
Ability to turn ambiguous data into insightful analysis;
Good problem-solving skills backed by an understanding of strategic principles, and creation of actionable plans;
External focus is essential, and proven experience of strategic engagement with key suppliers is highly desirable;
Able to influence at all levels of the organization without formal authority.
