SUMMARY: The Senior Business Development Manager provides thought leadership to the Poultry and Prepared Business Segments generating demand driving end-to-end customer engagement with the top 12 Strategic Must Win National Account customers alongside Sales driving customer relationships to grow our business and our customers business across the menu. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Drive the development of customer strategies and execution of plans for the assigned Must Win Strategic National Account Customers. Coordinate efforts to gain share in new or underpenetrated categories within a customer s portfolio. Lead the creation and management of JGPs in partnership with Sales. Drive Top to Top Customer Meeting and Quarterly Business Review preparation. Lead customer portfolio penetration and customer initiatives across Poultry Prepared by being the liaison between Sales and the BUs in alignment with Poultry Prepared BU Sales goals and objectives. This includes guidance on customer driven innovation by being the customer s advocate during the innovation process including timeline development input on prioritization cuttings approvals rollouts and pricing. Capture and update customer risks and opportunities. Execute customer facing S OP meetings internally and externally in conjunction with Demand Planning and Supply Chain. Be the expert on assigned customers and their go to market process and guardrails. In partnership with BU strategy and Sales manage customer prioritization and segmentation. Facilitate Customer RFPs including kick off meeting and coordinating with Revenue Management Transportation BU and Innovation teams as needed Be the hub for communication internally and to Sales during times of quality service issues to ensure customer communication is timely and meets the needs of our customers working with the Operations BU Supply Chain. Coordinate and assist with planning any customer food shows events. REQUIREMENTS: Education: B.S. Experience: 8 Year Minimum. Computer Skills: Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel PowerPoint and Word. Communication Skills: Highly Skilled in both written and oral communication. Special Skills: Foodservice Experience Preferred. Supervisory: N A Travel: Estimated 1 Trip per Month.
