Subsea Alliance (SSA) Planning function and processes, including education and development/improvement.
Lead and manage the SSA Planning resources, ensuring that each function/party performs their role in accordance with relevant processes.
Drive improvements within the Planning function and support ongoing digitalization and flow efficiency initiatives.
Establishment, management and continuous improvement of a standard schedule benchmark submission package(s) to demonstrate Subsea Alliance schedule value and performance proposition to all stakeholders.
Development and management of a continuous integrated short and long term integration plan to ensure visibility of future client prospects to allow identification of project synergy potential and Alliance Driven Opportunities.
Responsibilities
Establish and coordinate the schedule submission for approval as part of the Project Services team.
Develop and maintain a Subsea Alliance portfolio schedule to include current and future client Asset requirements and identifying resource utilization and procurement synergy opportunities to maximise Alliance value.
Close collaboration with and support to the Risk function within the Alliance to ensure correct level of contingency is promoted within schedules.
Develop close collaboration and efficient schedule routines with Operations and Asset Development, Project (PRO) and Drilling & Wells Planning resources at the client.
Close support to Subsea Alliance Planning function to ensure that MLC/Estimating submissions are fully inclusive of, and integrated with, project schedules.
Ensure consistency of approach from all partners within the Subsea Alliance scheduling function.
Secure appropriate Planning resources with relevant competence.
Coordination with MLC Lead and Study Leads and/or PSMs to support internal cost and schedule reviews.
Develop, manage, promote and prepare a Subsea Alliance schedule benchmarking package to demonstrate competitiveness and best value to all stakeholders.
Prepare communication packages for Steering Committee, client and external stakeholders.
Map and manage the interfaces between the differing Planning systems/software in use by the Subsea Alliance partners and their main suppliers across all Subsea Alliance projects.
Ensure provision of Alliance close-out schedule for the client’s experience database.
Qualifications Required
- Experience from SURF og SPS projects is desirable
